A Ventura native, Tommy Greaney is proud to serve his home market, with an emphasis on Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, and Ojai. Tommy earned a degree in political science and international relations from the University of California, San Diego, gaining an in-depth understanding of how diverse cultures interact before he entered the workforce as an EMT. This experience allowed him to get a full sense of Ventura County’s needs, develop an eye for accessibility, and keep calm under pressure. Tommy earned his real estate license to assist his wife, Jessica, who is a stellar agent herself. As he gained industry experience, he discovered a passion for educating and advocating for clients.
Tommy understands the challenges of buying real estate firsthand. He purchased a property only to discover it had extremely deferred maintenance and needed expensive repairs throughout the entire home. From this personal experience, Tommy learned that the financial commitment of homeownership doesn’t stop at the sticker price. He is keenly aware of a property’s renovation needs and gives his buyers a realistic picture of the estimated cost. Tommy approaches every deal with dedication, transparency, and integrity. His ultimate goal is to make homeownership more accessible to the average buyer, helping them feel informed and comfortable in their choices, and he specializes in first-time buyers, retirees, and veterans.
Tommy leads an active lifestyle. Whether he’s practicing yoga, hiking, or surfing, he loves exploring Ventura County’s natural beauty. Above all, he is a proud father to two incredible children.
