Deb Flaherty earned her marketing degree from the University of Alabama. However, during the middle of her instruction, she put her degree on hold to take a position as an international flight attendant for Delta Airlines. Her emphasis on customer service and attention to detail came from this experience. She is dedicated to her clients’ success and is always available for questions, information, or clarification throughout the process.
After nearly two decades of flying, Deb started in real estate as an investor flipping houses. This background gave her a better understanding of how a good real estate agent could handle the stress of selling a home. She decided to use her knowledge and experience to help others sell their homes quickly and for top dollar. She became a Realtor® in 2008 during a major economic crisis, so she knows how to sell a home in any market.
As her real estate career advanced, Deb found her stride working with buyers and sellers in California’s Conejo Valley. She’s an expert at marketing homes to generate the most interest, and she correctly sets prices to get the most offers. Deb consistently lists homes that receive multiple offers over asking in a very short time. When working with buyers, she ensures her clients understand the process, look strong to sellers, and purchase the right home for the best price. Deb aims to provide her clients with the highest level of service and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Deb currently lives in Newbury Park, California, with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her kid’s schools and running youth programs that make a difference in the community.
